Cold season ideas to raise funds for rescue groups?

During the summer we had a lot of car wash / wash dog were unsuccessful. Does anyone have any idea what we can do during winter? I almost bought a cute dog collar, elastic neck or Wal-Mart last night I realized it was something I could do easily. I was thinking of making junk like this for the dogs to sell at the expo next, but I wondered if anyone had more ideas .. as ways to make dog rope toys or something of that nature. All help is appreciated thanks!
